New conspiracies and plots have been created in the country: Mirza Fakhrul

BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has commented that new conspiracies and plots have started in the country. He also called on everyone to work to establish a people's government without bowing down to these conspiracies and plots.

Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said, Chhatra Dal should always practice knowledge –based activities and do knowledge-based politics. In the past years, you have made many sacrifices. You have been the victim of lawsuits. Now, by the infinite mercy of Allah, we have been able to be free from fascism. Now, an opportunity has been created to rebuild our beloved Bangladesh.

Regarding the Awami League's governance before 1975, the Secretary General said, "Before 1975, the Awami League was in power. They committed corruption and looting while in power. They established a one-party regime by corrupting the country. Martyred President Ziaur Rahman established a multi-party democracy from the one-party regime. He gave freedom to the press. He also worked to improve the quality of education." Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said, "The fastidious Awami League government has destroyed the education system. It has destroyed the country's economy. It has killed many students. It has killed thousands of students in the anti-discrimination movement. Whenever the Awami League comes to power, they want to stay in power by force." District BNP General Secretary Mirza Faisal Amin, Vice President Obaidullah Masud, Joint General Secretary Poygam Ali, District Chhatra Dal President Mohammad Kayes, and district and upazila BNP and Chhatra Dal leaders and workers were present at the time.
