Dhaka: The 2025 SSC and equivalent exams may start in mid-April and the HSC and equivalent exams may start in the last week of June. If everything goes well, the government wants to implement this schedule.
Officials of the Dhaka Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board gave this information on Sunday (October 27).
In addition, next year, the SSC exam will be held in the full syllabus and the HSC exam in the revised (made in 2023) syllabus.
Dhaka Board Examination Controller Professor Abul Bashar said, the month of Ramadan will continue in March. Eid-ul-Fitr may be on March 31 or April 1. Therefore, the SSC and equivalent exams will be held after the fasting and Eid holidays. Preparations are underway accordingly.
He said, we have planned to start the HSC and equivalent exams after Eid-ul-Azha. The holy Eid-ul-Azha is on June 7. Accordingly, the HSC and equivalent exams can be started in the last part of June.
