Calling on everyone to work unitedly to take forward the opportunity that has been created for nation-building, Chief Advisor to the interim government Dr. Muhammad Yunus said that if this opportunity is wasted, Bangladesh will go far behind. Therefore, he called on everyone to work for the country's interest by forgetting differences.
He said these things at the formation ceremony of the selection council of the Navy and Air Force at Dhaka Cantonment on Sunday (October 27).
Despite various adversities, the Chief Advisor called for maintaining this trend in the future, stating that the role of the armed forces is commendable and called for maintaining this trend in the future. He also hoped that the Navy and Air Force will be by the side of the people with the same efficiency as always in the progress of the nation.
Addressing the armed forces, Dr. Muhammad Yunus said, the way you have continued to progress despite various adversities recently, truly bears professionalism. I firmly believe that it will continue in the future as well.
Urging everyone to work for the country's interest, forgetting differences, the Chief Adviser said, "May the people receive the same cooperation they received in the past, in the future as well. Therefore, this year's Board of Directors must properly fulfill its responsibilities to provide efficient leadership."
